Dinner with Sjölinds Chocolate

We're eager to present our second dinner featuring bean-to-bar artisan chocolate made right here in Mount Horeb at Sjölinds Chocolate Factory. Experience chocolate in savory and sweet dishes and meet the chocolate makers. The menu is still under development, but some dishes are already taking shape: chocolate risotto with sous vide shrimp, salad with dark chocolate-orange vinaigrette, cocoa-dusted flank steak, and a whimsical chocolate dessert that Chef Ryan is recipe testing right now...
Arrival is at 6:00pm; dinner will be served at 6:30. Tickets are $65 per person and include 5 courses paired with a variety of beverages - from fortified wines, to beer, to craft cocktails. Reservations are required, and seats are limited. Payment is required at time of reservation (by phone or in-person only). Cancelations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded. Cooking Class: Risotto

Join Chef Tom Wolowik to learn how to prepare risotto - from the basic master recipe that has endless possibilities to his favorite takes on the dish, including seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, and a tender braised beef that can be served over the mushroom risotto to make a truly hearty dish.

Tickets for this event cost $50 per person and include one tap beer or glass of wine, class instruction, recipes, tasting portions of each dish, tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, and payment is due at the time of registration. Children 16 years and older may be permitted if accompanied by an adult. Cancelations made seven days prior to the event will not be refunded.
