Autumn Wisconsin Bourbon Smash
J. Henry bourbon with muddled fresh sage, citrus, orange bitters, and sugar. Served in a highball with a splash of soda.
As legend has it, in 1775, Ethan Allan and the Green Mountain Boys drank a version of this liquid courage before capturing Fort Ticonderoga from the Brits. Our take on this pre-classic cocktail uses Ron Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva, a dash of Angostura bitters, and local apple cider. Served on the rocks.

St. George Terroir Gin and Spiced Pear Liqueur shaken with fresh lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup. Served in a highball over ice and topped with soda.
